An HR Manager with a little discernment goes a long ways in the interview. You can’t just take a resume at face value and hire off of a sheet of paper. We are living in the days where resumes have become fantasy in the minds of those who write them and fiction to those who discern in the interview. Do yourself a favor Hiring Manager, and ask open ended questions that reveal the true heart of the individual. Allow the interviewee to expose themselves where necessary. Believe me, you will save a lot of time and money by discerning your way to a great hire.
